Fun time

My friend had a extensive operation on her achilles.and tendons after tripping over a dodgy manhole cover.
So I.picked her up and we.had coffee in a lovely garden centre and it was nice foe her to get.out.

I grabbed this ornaments for some fun.. 
This evening club run on the new trainers. Other trainers not tread on the heels or toes, Maybe should have changed them sooner.
