Buttercup happily glistening with dew in the sun this morning.

Hubby on day 4 of his cycle week - he has two more days to go out in the morning then Sunday we are both going out - I’m very rusty!

Great speaker this evening - an Ambassador for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), very knowledgeable about its history, the charity and how they help (in particular with research). She trained as a nurse there back in the 60’s and now retired she volunteers every week and helps spread the word and raises funds. Lovely evening, just a shame we only had 13 attendees - the lowest I’ve known for ages.
