Muffuletta

Muffuletta.

Tonight and tomorrow I needed to plan something that could he eaten quickly as soon as my husband finished work.

This week we are going to concerts for three consecutive nights (Thursday through Saturday). Our season tickets to the orchestra are for Saturday nights, but this week, rather than having the same program each night, our visiting soloist (Alexander Romanovsky) is doing all of Beethoven's piano concertos spread across three concerts. We rather liked this pianist when he came in 2018, and Beethoven's concertos are, of course, all worth hearing, so we bought tickets for the other nights as well. This will make for some rushed dinners so as to get to bed at as reasonable an hour as possible (we also have a sailing class early Saturday morning). We have quite the busy calendar lately.
