Dandelion Field

Even the dandelions bloomed while we were away. Out for a walk today it was the seedheads that attracted my camera.
Today the insurance company's expert was here to look at the damaged bathroom in The Red House. Basically he said it all needed tearing out and a new bathroom putting in, which is what we were expecting.  We will have to pay a fair bit, but the insurance will pay an even bigger bit. We wait to see if the insurance company accepts his price calculation, but he seemed to think they would.  
Once he'd gone we started cleaning things up and discovered we could turn off the water to the dead heater and restore water to the kitchen and toilet. That makes life a little easier.
