Street Party Day

Today I've been finishing my packing as far as I can, cleaning the cat litter trays, changing the fridge filter, getting my hair cut, and finally getting a short ride over the common.

Neil is joining in our street party for the jubilee but it's really not my thing and I'm too tired to want to socialise, so I made cheese pasta for me and Carly and James and had a small glass of wine.

There's stuff I can't pack because I'm using it (like the laptop I'm typing this on!) but we leave mid-afternoon tomorrow so there is plenty of time. 

I don't think I can keep up with all your comments and journals while I'm away. If there's anything you particularly want me to see you might have to put it in a comment to me! I'm not sure how much I can catch up when I get back.
