Water Pump

Not sure if it works!
I walked a different part of Willingdon today & spotted this Water Pump in a covered arch along the side of the road.
I wonder if it works ??
Walking with Smoochi was nice, but I did have pains.
This morning I went to a Coffee Morning that my friends Paula & Tony were running; I did think about whether to go or not, but gave myself a kick up the bum & went; I must get out more with or without friends.
