What time is it?

Went out to see some NGS Gardens today in Bexhill, so beautiful.
I saw this Sundail & I said "You lie" to it as it's an hour slow. 
My friend Jane drove there, we saw 4 gardens & had Tea, Sandwich & Cake in one of the gardens.
I bought an Aeonium Zwartkop for myself & one for Jane. :)
We plan to go to another Garden on Wednesday after Picnic Lunch in Motcombe Gardens, hope the weather will be good.
