Pick me up

Oh happy day, my favourite tea, Ginger Spice Tea from Dilmah, has arrived.
It is a real pick-me-up for me, something to start my day, but I'll happily drink it all day too. I'm still having headache and neck pains, I think the balance in my wonky spine and vertebrae has been upset by the lumbar puncture. It's better than yesterday (and thank you for your well-wishes) but still not good enough to do all I need to do. Will go have another flat back rest and then will comment later today
