A very warm day in Wiltshire. This week is expected to get very hot.  Florence is annoyed because she's going to Porto and the London forecast is better. No beach in London though.

Carol is away so I'm in charge and having to work more days.  Regular readers will know I don't want to do extra days and I don't want to be in charge. We are doing some major reworking of the garden and I think  I'd prefer to garden. Probably too hot to garden this week so I should stop grumbling.

Strawberries are beginning to ripen.
