Tuesday

It's been a very warm day.

Hetty clambered onto a narrow boat whilst out with Clive and, somehow, took a tumble into the canal. She can swim but would rather paddle and definitely does not like going out of her depth. Clive hadn't noticed where she had gone and panic ensued on both sides. They were both shaken and Clive says Hetty slept for hours when they got home.

I was at work and non the wiser.
