My Rowing Boat

Poor thing…..She hasn’t been in the water since September 2019!    Before Covid.    Yesterday we got her out from under the porch.   Today we (well, H) cleaned her and we dragged her down near the beach to launch, (which is no small amount of work since it involved cutting back a lot of overgrowth on the path to make way for the wheels….this has got to be the last time for that.  Of course we said that the last time…..)  but we need a higher tide so we’re not stuck in the mud and no wind…too windy now.... maybe tomorrow.  I’m a little nervous about getting in and out off the dock but we have to find out sometime.     She can sit here by the neighbors little 10x10 til the conditions are right.   Pretty, isn't she?

Extra…looks like there is a Ukranian Flag by the boathouse now  (this pic 11:50 AM) ….we can’t forget .      And the boat...the basketball?  holds up the cover.

Added another extra of the boathouse and flags (and wind and high tide) taken at 8:20 PM.....we walked down to get the life jacket out of the boat til we need it.
