Sunrise Moonset

The sky was almost clear this morning, apart from long banners of lenticular clouds, a product of the nor’west wind. Another shot, taken a few minutes later and from a different spot, is the extra.

My yesterday’s blip of spindrift on the Back Peak and Otarama was hard won. I’d just taken the shot when a sudden gust blew me over on my back! Today I am even more slow and rickety than usual.
