fresh cut

the peppercorn trees in next door's vacant lot have either been cut down or are in the process. The freshly cut branches have a sticky white sap that looks, ironically, like woodworking PVA glue. I love these trees, but they are a pest. In fact they are considered feral, and are in the sights of land conservationists and government land management programmes. so I regretfully bid them farewell.
