Trotting on

Two very nice trips to the beach today. This was before work (and after the push ups and planks that apparently it’s important we can do) with Rosie. Very nice, evening though she got into her own world and was a complete sod at coming home.

Then I skipped our nearer the end of the day for a swim with the teachers. Totally magnificent, hand stands were performed. Not by me, I had to go back to work.

Am so happy the beach is at the end of the road.
