Me, my brother and two frozen fruit tubes!

Our local two taking shelter beneath the Thai parasol after school today. In 9 years in Edinburgh we only used it once! Today it was even hotter than yesterday and tomorrow promises to be hotter still. My preparations for today’s important online meeting went well as did the meeting itself. For the first time for a couple of weeks I nudged my daily step count over 5k. The medication is clearly working but I am pacing my recovery carefully!
