Flowering Succulent

A year ago, I bought a dish of succulents from the plant man at the market. He came from Appleby Magma and hasn't been back this year. The local plant man came for a couple of weeks but he gets more trade at his pitch at The Bottom Railway.

We simply leave the dish on a box and trust to natural rainfall to keep it moist.

Much to our surprise, one of the succulents has flowered. We have no idea what it is.

Stayed in to do admin stuff today and to write a strident response to Shell Energy, who seem to think that we are cheating them by giving them wrong energy readings. They've got it wrong. I expect it's a bunch of people in an air conditioned office poring over computer screens all day rather than coming out to  help customers.
