Curry Night

David and I popped down to the Lahore Kebab House just off the Commercial Road in the east end. It's a brilliant place with no frills, just authentic spicy cooking. The service is delivered without a smile but it is very speedy. You have to take your own beer. But you will leave feeling very well fed for not much money.

You can look into the kitchen and see the team cooking. Flames and heat and sizzling sounds. I took some prints from the last time I went and that seemed to get me a permit to go back in for another photo session. See extras.

On the way back to the tube we popped in to a new ice cream parlour for a giant cornet. Delish.
