...of oil fired boilers in the age of destructive and unpredictable climate change and covid/brexit-induced driver shortages.

Ordered on the 6th, rescheduled by company multiple times (without warning), delivered today in the big tanker thereby requiring the cooperation of neighbours for access through their car park.

Not the fault of the staff at the end of the phone who were very helpful even while working from home (cue background sound of a grizzling tired baby needing their nap). Just the way things are in these times.

Once again reminded of the need to rethink and replace the system here.

(Extra - a stretch of infrequently mown grass where the hope is to nurture wildflowers has produced a spotted orchid!)
