Happy 8th Birthday...

Today is officially my daughter's 8th birthday, and we have a tradition forming in the house where we have a pancake stack on our birthdays.

My daughter chose strawberries, cream, chocolate and mini marshmallows for the toppings. After the stack is built, we put candles in it, like you would a birthday cake.

My son wanted to show off the melted chocolate!!??
