A very hot day so a day of doing very little.

The replacement window surveyor arrived during the afternoon to measure the windows inside and outside. Delivery and fitting will be four to six weeks. It is likely that we will have to delay it as around that timeframe we have a wedding to attend. That way we can allow for anything that goes wrong to get it fixed.

Today’s picture is of one stem of the five stems flowering on the orchid plant I rescued before COVID-19 for £2.50.
