Scorchio!

Sooooo hot! I am not made for this weather.  I had a hair appointment at noon and couldn’t face walking there even though I never take the car when I can walk anywhere.  I had a much more comfy air conditioned drive there and back even though that was no good for the environment or my step count.

The treat of the day was the visit to the supermarket where the fridges made it the best place to be.
