It's been a bit of a low day, feeling tired physically and mentally. A busy morning left me wabbit and tearful. By mid afternoon I really needed a fillip, and got it wandering around the garden and just looking at stuff and smelling these hyacinth. That gave me the energy to make a lovely pot of minestrone and bake the VIP's birthday cake. He wants a Mr Tall cake - look out for Thursday's blip!
