Bit colder

Noticeably colder on our pre breakfast stroll, so we packed coffee with lunch and drove off to the start of our planned walk.
Lovely walk up to a loch and the path took us to the other end where we had lunch and turned back. The van was parked near a sign for a walk to a mausoleum for Lachlan Macquarie, interesting story and as he was known as the father of Australia someone had put a koala bear on the gate (see extra).
Few showers but mostly dry and windy, and not very warm.
Daughter sent a photo of my grandson holding his hand towards the post card we sent him of the old post office his mum loved as a child. So sweet. He is eight weeks old tomorrow and I can’t believe how big a part of our life he has become in that time.
