15 point turn

Odd day as we had planned to visit Iona but the weather was dreadful so we moved off site and decided to take the scenic route to our next site stopping for a walk on way.
Lovely route, beautiful scenery but unfortunately we came upon a blockage about an hour after we turned onto the road.
We were told emergency services were on way but no eta given, so hubby managed to turn the camper around in the last passing place. It took nearly three hours longer than expected to get to the next site so all we have done today is a short walk along the shore. And a wander around a cemetery with ruins of chapel.
The driver of the van managed to get out and was sitting in another car, so hopefully she wasn’t badly hurt.
