Gooseberry Jam...!!

First batch of gooser jam...1.1kgs and it was only berries from a few stalks at the edge of one of my plants.....!!
I think I may be sharing with the pigeons again this year...!!!

Mel was fairly ok this morning..but has ‘cried’ in pain with the paw several times...got second lot of meds around 5pm so hopefully they’ll work well again...advice obviously is to try and keep her quiet but I’m afraid she’s thinking she’s being ‘punished ‘ by being told to stay in her bed....
But we don’t have much choice at the moment...
She can bend the paw fine but seems to be whatever way she leans on it or jerks her shoulder...
