Lime jelly

Every winter I make lots of lemon jelly with our own lemons for Dr D. It's very refreshing.
We also have a Tahitian lime tree which is very generous with its fruit and they're dropping right now. I think tomorrow I shall use the lemon jelly recipe and replace the lemons with limes. Can't see why that won't be a success : ))
