Neighbour

A pigeon seems to have set up home just outside my study window. If it is a nest it seems a touch precarious to build on in the guttering. Clearly it can't have been very wet recently. Fifth game of football tonight and finally a goal. Another one-on-one with the keeper but this time I put it through his legs. Better still a defensive mix-up gifted me a second and then I created a good goal for N, to finish off a good flowing move. Finished my hat-trick after another decent bit of interplay with N, slotting the ball in at the near post. Of course, our team still lost - can't get everything at once!
