What the moo...

...are you doing in there? We didn't get an answer, but we got her out of the bale cage quickly and she had been very tidy in there. Anyway, the pasture is nearly finished, as they ate the bale in four days, mostly in the last two of them, so between loads of silage we brought them a load fresh grass in the feeding trailer.

Following yesterday evening's rain, the night was foggy and there was thick dew in the morning. The grass was wet, so I didn't hurry with the first load, but we got 11 loads in today, even though we changed pits in the middle. We didn't cover the first pit, so we might continue with it. There's 13 loads in it now, as that's the most I dare put there before filling the other one and we haven't filled it to the brim lately (*), but we might this time, if the weather permits. There's a little rain forecast for tomorrow, but maybe we get lucky this time.

*) We can't fill the first pit in one go, because wall between them is in weak condition.
