Last day in Belgium -

... for the time being.  As I said the owners of the BnB are quite into nature and saving the world.  They have their own hen coop and they are fairly self sufficient in that they grow vines/grapes and tomatoes and other vegetables.  They have a large piece of land.  I think they also grow some sort of grain in the nearby field.  When we arrived last week there were five other couples staying on the property.  They were all Belgian, a bit older, and were there for a short cycling holiday.  They went home yesterday and this morning at breakfast we met a lovely young German couple who, like us, were travelling on down to France.
