More gardening

Most of the day sorting out the soil. Two plants in this area are failing so I went out to Greenhill Nursery at Tibbermore and asked the lovely owner what to do. She asked if had been feeding the soil and of course the answer was no. It’s really dry and gets full sun. She told us to dig in two manure bags which is what is happening in the photo.

It looks much better now and the plants are now back in and hopefully recover.

Of course when there had to buy something so got six cosmos bedding plants.

Some news later which had me beaming with pride. Cameron had been award two named awards for his schoolwork. Mathematics and General Excellence and two merits for Chemistry and Computer Science. He’s a clever lad. Prizegiving is next week.
