Bohemian Rhapsody

A work day but just an evening shift, a showery morning meant I had plenty of time at home to clean and tidy before my visitors arrive tomorrow.   I also cleaned most of the bits of the greenhouse which my friends brought over on their last visit.  The greenhouse has been disassembled for about fifteen years but overall it's in pretty good nick.

Before work Meg and I wandered up my favourite lane, the one at Rhydyronen, today passing through the gate into the moorland valley which leads up to the watershed where there are great views south across the Dyfi to Pumlumon, the highest point in the Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales.   We didn't have time to venture nearly that far ... but we'll be back another day.

Work was helping with the catering for a wedding reception, a buffet this time.  A very merry crowd!   As usual there was some food left over for the minions .... including some cake :-)    The clearing up and cleaning up after was much enhanced by being done to the strain of Queen's greatest hits, two of us swinging round the room, mopping the floor whilst belting out Bohemian Rhapsody.   A great way to end the day!
