Hold on Woody!

I spent a most useful and instructive morning with Chris Upton at Wollaton Hall in Nottingham. He's a Fujifilm ambassador and he enlightened me with some of the things that I hadn't worked out how to do with my x-t3 camera. We also reviewed my photos from Iceland and suggested some useful crops that might bring some of the photos to competition standard.

Straight home to take photos of gas and electricity meter readings for Shell Energy then straight off to Leicester to meet William out of school.

We filled the interval between school and swimming lesson with a visit to McDonalds. A bit risky really as Will was 3 minutes late for his swimming lesson.

He has graduated to red swim cap class and is no longer swimming with floats and arm bands. He does need one float to hold on to while kicking his legs but he's almost there with his swimming. Wonderful to see.

While sitting outside McDonalds, we spotted a white van parked nearby with these two Toy Story figures. Just had to take a photo.
