Orchid in the dawn light...

4am dad passed out and collapsed in the bathroom. 999, had to queue to even speak to operator. Sat with dad on the floor for 3 hours before managing to get him back into bed. 7.45am the ambulance finally arrived! Dad taken to hospital. Diagnosis collapse due to Covid.

In the meantime mum quite unwell, been in bed all day, yet still testing negative as am I. Called my brother and got them both to come home, even though they were both still testing positive, needed their support.

A day of endless hours on the phone, chasing those promised antivirals. Dad brought home by ambulance early evening, still very unwell. Very early night for me...
