Lunchtime

Lovely morning today. Bright, warm sunshine. It was so nice to feel the warmth of the sun soaking in. Managed to achieve a lot - washed the back of the porch, moved the composting bin to its new position and covered the old heap, and dug over our little vegetable patch.

Even managed to eat lunch outside and as I usually do, made sure the camera was with me, so when the pair of goldfinches arrived for their lunch, I was only a few yards away and managed to get this shot. They stayed for ages while I sat there and took shots of them. This was the best.
