Hidcote (widwed290622)

Bobsblips has set a theme of a thing of beauty for this week's wide Wednesday so we had a look at Hidcote this afternoon.  The gardens are more packed (with plants) than they usually would be following the pandemic.  One of the gardeners thought 5 years to get it back to how it was - although a lot of visitors like it the way it is now and he thought it was more true to the idea of how it would have looked when Laurence Johnston first  arranged the garden.

9 images put together as an HDR panorama in Lightroom.

In the extra, yesterday's mystery object,  the shuttle from a loom.
John Parke and Happy Janwen had both identified it.

Nothing to do with my blip, but we all need some good news and I am keen on encouraging young people, and particularly girls, to get interested in science and engineering.
