Church State

One sad old building, in need of much care and attention. One previous owner with some passive, if flighty sitting tenants and shows excellent ventilation. The added art installations in the upper levels, may not be to everyone's taste, so may be removed, with a little attention.
The jaunty angled window, marks this out as a unique design, suitable for the more excentric entrepreneur to really get his teeth into, or indeed his buldozer.


(So a new career as an Estate agent perhaps?)

Today was a much better day than yesterday, well lets face it, it couldn't have been much worse.
I even managed to do a wee bit of painting to chill and let off some steam.
What steam and chill do to paint, may yet be blipped. You have been warned.
