A photo from a nearby "building" project that has featured here before. 

This is a massive extension to an already large house. The failures in building standards and building control are mind boggling. 

This extension was built before the existing garage was taken down. As the garage was demolished (inside the new building) it had to be taken out through apertures in the walls. The noise and mess were hideous. The building is still going on, but they have already tiled the new bathroom before putting the windows in.

It is worse than my childhood attempts at building houses with lego. 

I will feature more of this as it is an ongoing farce. 

The collage in extra is a set of images of a patently depressed dog. So ill treated and abused. She has had a stunning few days away, swimming, running, chasing, and foraging. She hates coming back, and we feel the pending house move will be good for her, as well as us.
