Sourdough mojo

A few weeks ago Linda asked for some starter and I had to admit that I'd retired mine. This made me feel a bit guilty so I started a new one and here is the first loaf I've made from it, I also made some pizza dough and that's in the freezer. This has milled flax seeds in the dough and it had sesame seeds on top - you'll see them on the chopping board, they tend to come off when the bread is cut. It tastes good too.
