Out for a spin this morning. Shortly after this I overtook her up a hill. I explained apologetically that I was cheating - on my new e-bike.

Back home this afternoon to watch the Tour de France - several crashes including one massive pile up on a bridge. Some of them nearly went over the side. Hairy.
