Azure Damselfly, Little Sparta

Visited Little Sparta today, the garden of Ian Hamilton Finlay set in the Pentland Hills, near Edinburgh.
The garden covers seven acres and has numerous sculptures and artworks created by Finlay. I have to admit the sculptures left me a bit cold but once out in the open moorland it was very enjoyable with many wildflowers, butterflies, damselflies, tadpoles and froglets. Spent quite some time chasing the many azure damselflies flitting around, this one seemed to be staring back at me through the camera lens!
