Damp day

It was a bit of a damp day. Lots of showers and generally grey out with just a very occasional peak of sunshine to get your hopes out.

We popped out for a quick brekkie as the decorator had arrived to prep the walls to get rid of the ‘scars’ left by the old kitchen removal.  He will be back next week to finish things off.  Then the radiator needs to go and and we may finally be done!  What a relief that will be.

It was football awards evening at the footie club for the youth team (extras). They all had a good time.  Just one more year for them to do in the youth leagues and then I guess that will all come to an end.  Once they go to College I expect they will all have other things they want to do.
