The Hogweed and the butterfly

I made a batch of strawberry jam today. I have previously had difficulty  getting this jam to set, even using  jam sugar. Today, for the first time, I added a bottle of Certo liquid pectin to the fruit and sugar once they had been boiling for about 15minutes.I hope that has made  a difference. Will know tomorrow when we try it.
This evening, we went for a short walk to our little local wildlife area, where I spotted this Red Admiral butterfly feeding  on Hogweed flowers.
