Humming

17yo, 14yo and I headed into town to see the latest minions movie. Good fun, and given it has gone back to the the time of Gru’s childhood, there is plenty in there for fellow 70s kids to get extra enjoyment.

Town was busy with literature festival events.

Later, I popped into the graveyard just in time to see this Humming-bird Hawk-moth land for a rest high on the church wall. Not as spectacular as when they’re in hover mode, but it’s unusual to catch one at rest.
