Prayer Flags, Moot Hall

Met Deb after work for a beer, whilst waiting for her to finish I took this from the top of the steps to the Moot Hall - there is a sale of Himalayan good on the first floor to raise funds to help the Himalayan people. 

I thought it was nice to see some blue sky, and the colours of the prayer flags were a good contrast
