Goldfinch about to dive in.

At last the weather seems to be improving.
Much warmer, and spent some time before our evening meal sat in the garden with wine and nibbles.

This morning we both had our 6 monthly Blood Pressure checkup.
Today also got measured and weighed. They haven’t done that since 2016.
My weight was exactly the same 10stone. but my height was down to 5ft 5in from 5ft 6in.
Mr C had also shrunk by 1inch. Strange how this happens when you are in your late 70s.
Anyhow blood pressure OK.

The results of the Brass Band Contest were not what I expected.
Hepworth Band didn’t win but came 6th.
The winners were Elland Silver Band. Unfortunately I didn’t see them perform. They certainly must have been good.
