Improvement

Off to our Somerton depot in Somerset today, to talk to some of our operatives about our vehicles and how we can improve them.  Some of the team were with me as well, and we had a really good session.  Proud of Lou and Lucy, I hope I can continue to see them grow and develop.

Back home now, before I head to Oxfordshire tomorrow but I'm not stopping away.

As you can see my selfie work needs improvement as well.  Lol!

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Seeing my team grow and develop
2.  Good discussions with operatives
3.  A rebate from HMRC again!  Two years on the trot.  Whohoo!
