Straight lines

The OGH garden is looking a little sparse at the moment.  Roses are being pruned, shrubs cut back.  It's at this stage when I wonder whether we will have anything to show in the Spring.  

But of course we will.  

And in the meantime, I did spot a couple of monarchs in the sunshine, and the lines of the terrace and the gardens are very pleasing.
