Twin poppies

On today's dog walk at the hippodrome I took my proper camera and spread out prostrate on the grass to get this picture of a pair of poppy flowers. I think it was worth getting covered in dry grass clippings. The dog wasn't particularly fussed though he did check in on me in case there was something in it for him...!
