Wicker Woman

Or a basket case! Visited Attingham Park again this morning on our way from Telford to  Shrewsbury. Coffee first then a walk, taking in the walled garden where there are several wicker ‘sculptures’ on display, including this rather striking woman. It was very hot and sunny and we had to have an ice cream after our walk. Visited BIL in hospital (well actually we sat out in the garden) and then set off for the long trek back home. Finally home around 6 p.m….but not before some nut job in a racing BMW tried to take the front end off our car by driving stupidly fast around  the outside of a roundabout while attempting to turn right…cutting off our exit! Mrs madwill stopped quickly and he shot past and ended up ‘beached’  on the side of the roundabout…we left him to it!
