The homeward . . .

 . . .  journey starts.
Simon and family leave today so they brought me to Johannesburg en route to the airport. I'm staying with Rose for a  night before heading home. 
We had a good journey down the N1, stopping off once for brunch, before getting to Linden where Rose lives. After a quick comfort break the family headed off again and Rose and I settled down for another tennis watching session!  
I wandered around the garden and saw this wonderful cactus with its circle of flowers.
We were home alone as her Dave had headed off to watch the rugby tomorrow with a friend. We made a simple but tasty supper stuffing. couple of tasty field  mushrooms and enjoyed a bottle of red with it!  
Slept well....
